Pet Policy

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

• All payments made for room or event bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: If a guest with a confirmed reservation fails to check in, 100% of the room rate for all reserved nights will be charged or forfeited.

Rules for Admission

• Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
• Identification Requirements for Indian Nationals: All guests (18 years and older) must present valid, government-approved photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, and Passport. Without the original ID, check-in will not be allowed.
• Identification Requirements for Foreign Nationals: Foreign guests must present their original passport along with a valid visa.
• Visitor Policy: Non-residents and visitors are not permitted in guest rooms or villas between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Security & Behavior Policy

Suriya Residency reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest from the property under the following circumstances:

• If the individual displays inappropriate, disruptive, or unruly behavior.
• If their actions jeopardize the smooth functioning, security, or reputation of the residency.
• If found in possession of illegal or prohibited items, including contraband, firearms, or narcotics.
  
  

Guest Responsibility for Valuables
Guests are advised to secure their valuables, such as cash, credit cards, passports, jewelry, and electronic devices. The residency does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.

No Smoking & No Alcohol Policy

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the residency premises, including guest rooms, common areas, restaurants, banquet halls, fitness centers, and outdoor spaces. Any violation of this policy may result in penalties or eviction from the residency without a refund.

Fireworks and Damages

• Fireworks of any kind are not allowed within the residency premises.
• Guests will be held accountable for any damages caused to the residency property, beyond normal wear and tear.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations are only confirmed after receiving full advance payment through cash, debit/credit card, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. Cheques are not accepted.
2. All rates, including room rates and service charges, are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Taxes, including GST and other applicable fees, are governed by government regulations and may be revised without advance intimation.
4. Professional photo or video shoots using advanced equipment (e.g., SLR, DSLR, or cinematography cameras) require prior permission and incur additional charges.
5. The residency does not provide storage for luggage or goods after a guest has checked out.

Additional Booking Guidelines

• Bookings made directly with the residency are subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
• Guests are encouraged to review the booking and cancellation policies carefully before confirming their reservation. Cancellation fees may apply.
• Identification and payment details will need to be furnished during check-in.
• Any services or inclusions not explicitly mentioned in the booking are chargeable separately.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
